IThis book comes out of Kris’ life and work. He is a practical and successful businessman who tries to apply Godly values and principles to life and work.
Once when Kris was talking he shared how he revised the key measurement in his sales company from how many dollars worth of tractors they sold to how they treated their customers. This switch came a time when the tractor market changed radically. And this switch allowed them to weather bad times better than their competitors.
