I’m in Singapore today. We started our day with a devotional speaker who focussed on Hebrews 4:14-16.

Of the five points Mr Chong made, point 4 was a strong echo of what God has been speaking to our staff: The greatest need of my ministry is my personal holiness – the character of Christ reflected in me.

If I fall morally, the impact on my ministry will be devastating. If I remain strong in my character, my ministry will be in a position to grow.
